A circle of seekers. A conversation rooted in ancient wisdom. Open to all.
Satsang — from Sanskrit 'sat' (truth) and 'sanga' (community) — is a gathering of like-minded seekers who come together in truth.
We sit in a circle so that everyone can see each other — a form that honours the equality of every voice. We share, question, and explore the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy as it applies to our everyday lives.
These teachings are universal. They can be explored alongside any faith or non-secular life. All seekers are welcome.
We sit so every person can see every other person. Each attendee places a flower or personal item on the center altar — imbuing the space with our intentions and energies.
Vanessa introduces the month's theme from the Yamas and Niyamas — speaking from her years of classical study of the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita in Mysore.
Open discussion follows. Every voice matters. The goal: rising collective awareness that ripples from this circle into the community and the world.
Each month one principle. Together they form a complete guide to conscious living.
